It is our policy to respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement and to take appropriate actions in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws. How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice (DMCA Takedown)
To file a DMCA takedown notice with Linkyy, please send a written notice that includes ALL of the following elements. Incomplete notices may delay action.
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address where we can contact you.
- A written statement that you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. If you are submitting on behalf of the owner, provide evidence or a statement of your authority to act.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material on Linkyy. Where possible, provide the exact URLs or direct (clickable) links to each specific location on Linkyy where the material appears. Because of indexing limitations, providing direct links greatly speeds up processing and helps ensure full removal.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed name is acceptable for electronic submissions).

Counter-Notification (If You Believe Content Was Removed in Error)
If you believe content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notice must include all of the following:
- Your full legal name, address, and telephone number, plus a valid email address where we can contact you.
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, including the URL(s) where the material appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice).
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed name is acceptable for electronic submissions).
Send counter-notifications to: sekabusiness.com@gmail.com. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Linkyy may provide the original complainant with a copy of the counter-notice and will restore the removed material in accordance with the DMCA (typically after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer).
Important Notes and Best Practices
- Providing accurate, complete and clickable direct links is essential. Due to technical limitations in indexing and search, we cannot guarantee removal if you do not provide exact URLs to the infringing material.
- Do not send takedown notices to third parties (for example, our hosting provider) expecting faster action. Submit your notice directly to sekabusiness.com@gmail.com using the required format above.
- If you knowingly submit a false or fraudulent claim of copyright infringement, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. We recommend seeking legal advice before submitting a claim if you are unsure about your rights.
- Linkyy does not host the majority of files linked on our site; many links point to external hosts. For files hosted elsewhere, you may also wish to file an infringement complaint directly with the host for faster removal.
Processing Time
We aim to acknowledge receipt of a properly completed DMCA notice within 1–2 business days and to process removal requests promptly. For counter-notices, restoration timelines follow the DMCA statutory procedures (commonly 10–14 business days after providing notice to the original complainant). Response times may vary based on the completeness of the submission and the nature of the claim.
